Federal Forms – Coming Soon

The Moline Public Library will have basic tax forms available for the public while supplies last. 

Additional forms can be printed upon request for $0.25 per page. All forms can be accessed online on the IRS website (https://www.irs.gov/forms-instructions).

The Moline Public Library will have basic tax forms available for the public while supplies last.

Tax Prep

The Quad Cities Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Coalition, led by United Way Quad Cities and in collaboration with AARP of Western Illinois and AARP of Eastern Iowa, will be offering free tax prep help for Quad Citizens with a household income of $57,000 or less again this year.

VITA Tax Prep Program: January 26 through April 15

The Moline Public Library will be one of the tax prep locations again this year, but all tax preparation is done by appointment and your location may be different depending on you schedule, appointment availability and the date and time of your final appointment time.
